Clearing cache by going to Steam>Settings>Downloads> "Clear Download Cache" button ![]() Quitting steam and ending task in manager. The second half of these instructions is what fixed it HOWEVER I had to unsubscribe from all of my mods before I closed the client and renamed the ugc and mod folders. Many people reporting RimWorld suddenly turning a blind eye to all subscribed mods on the Steam workshop: Launch the Steam Client and see if you can download and use the Workshop mods %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\ If the issue continues, please do the following:Ĭ:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\106445130\ Re-test the issue and see if you can download and use the Workshop mods Check-mark "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Europa Universalis IV" Right-click "Europa Universalis IV" > "Properties" > "Updates" Select "Cloud", then check-mark "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization", then press "OK" In the Steam Client, select "Steam" in the top-left, then "Settings" If you already have these enabled, un-check then check them again to fix any bugs. Here I will paste the instructions they gave me that fixed the issue: Thank you very much to Steam Support for helping me through this.
